It's important to follow our Graduate To-Do List to help yourself and your family prepare fully for the day-of ceremony.

Day of Schedule

Two undergraduate commencement ceremonies will be held in Laurie Auditorium on upper campus. 

  • Families and guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to have adequate time to park and find their seats

Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Music

Saturday, May 11

Graduate arrival and check-in
Time: No later than 8:00 a.m.
Location: TBD
Notes: Candidates will check-in with Registrar Staff in the assembly area. Only staff, faculty, and graduates are allowed in the assembly areas. Students who are not in line by 8:30 a.m. will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony. There is no rehearsal. The marshals will give full instructions in the assembly rooms.
 

Commencement ceremony begins
Time: 9:00 a.m. 
Location: Laurie Auditorium

Bachelor of Science

Saturday, May 11

After the Ceremony

You did it, congratulations!

Immediately following the ceremony, graduates will recess from Laurie Auditorium to the Magic Stones to meet up with families.
