When is Alumni Weekend scheduled? 

Alumni Weekend is held on the first or second weekend in October every year, depending on the home football schedule. Future dates include: 

  • October 19-21, 2018
  • October 4-6 , 2019
  • October 16-18, 2020
  • October 22-24, 2021

Which classes are celebrating reunions in 2018? 

Classes celebrating their 5th-50th anniversary of their graduation from Trinity University will have reunion events this year: classes of 1968, 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013.

When will we receive registration materials? 

The Alumni Weekend brochure will be sent in the summer. It includes highlights of the schedule of events and a registration form. The deadline for pre-printed name tags for all events is Tuesday, Oct. 3.

Where should I first go on arrival? 


Check in and information for Alumni Weekend is available in the Northrup Lobby from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday. This is a great place to find out details on locations for the Weekend's activities and pick up information for those events for which you are registered.


Are children welcome at Alumni Weekend activities? 

Children are welcome at all events. Family-friendliest events are the All Alumni Picnic and athletic games. Babysitting will be provided by APO on Saturday evening from 6-11 p.m.

What kind of lodging is available for Alumni Weekend? 

The Office of Alumni Relations has reserved rooms at several area hotels for those alumni and friends attending Alumni Weekend. Reunion classes are encouraged to reserve their rooms at their designated hotel so that they might be able to informally gather with classmates.

What should I bring to Alumni Weekend?

Many times at Reunion events classmates will bring along photos and memorabilia from their days at Trinity. Be sure to bring along a camera so that you can take pictures of the new facilities & familiar faces. And, of course, bring along your Trinity gear for the athletic games!

What is the standard dress at Alumni Weekend events? 

Most events during Alumni Weekend are casual, although the individual Class Reunions are business casual. Many events are outside. Please check the weather forecast before packing.

Who is invited to attend Alumni Weekend? 

All alumni and their guests are invited to attend the Alumni Weekend. If your class is not celebrating a reunion this year but you are friends with a class who is, you are welcome to attend that reunion. Please register for all events you plan to attend.

What's this Tiger Trot all about?


We are excited to launch our inaugural Alumni Weekend Tiger Trot 5k run and 1 mile walk. The race is an excellent way to demonstrate your #TigerPride while showing off your athletic skills and school spirit. The race will take place at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 10. Check – in is at 8:30 a.m. The race will begin and end at Tiger Stadium. 

Registration for the 2015 Alumni Weekend 5k run and 1 mile walk are as follows: 

  • 5k Early Bird (Before September 1): $20 
  • 1 mile walk Early Bird (Before September 1): $10 
  • Students Early Bird (Before September 1): $10 
  • 5k (September 1 – October 4): $30 
  • 1 mile walk (September 1 – October 4): $15 
  • Students (September 1 – October 4): $15

Your registration includes your race, a commemorative race shirt, and the possibility to win prizes from area sponsors. Please specify shirt size when registering for the race.

Click here to make your gift now. A gift presentations will be made at the President's All Alumni Cocktail Hour in the Innovation Center located in the Center for Sciences and Innovation, 6 pm, Saturday, October 11.


I haven't been on campus for a very long time. How am I going to know where everything is located? 

There may be more buildings but it's the same gorgeous place you remember. Print a campus map and bring it with you for the weekend (we will also have some available at Central Check In in Northrup Lobby); or download the TU Life mobile app (for Apple and Android) for an interactive campus map.
