Allison Skopec recently graduated from Tulane Law School in May of 2018. She is a Legal Fellow at the New York Civil Liberties Union and will soon be starting as a Litigation and Maritime Law Associate at Winston & Strawn. Emma Krabill currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Scenic Mountain Medical Center and has over 10 years of leadership experience in the health care industry, specifically in the west Texas area. Her first degree was an associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Amarillo College. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and international business and communications from Hardin Simmons University and a MBA in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing a master of science of healthcare administration through Trinity University in San Antonio.

Samantha Bos won the Texas Council for Learning Disabilities Teacher of the Year. She will compete for the National award announced in October at the Annual Conference. She is also in a publication with Heather Haynes Smith '97, '98 and Courtney Crim '93 that will come out this year.

After 15 years in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas, Laurel O'Neil is thrilled to announce she has earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential, which is recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the meeting, convention, and event industry. She is also celebrating her one-year anniversary at her dream job as an Event and Design manager with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, best known for the "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" campaign. Furthermore, Laurel and her husband Dan are celebrating eight years of marriage and are raising two children, Scarlet and Jameson. Carrie Dodrill
Class Year: 1992

Carrie Dodrill, Ph.D., has opened a private psychotherapy services practice focusing on general emotional health, with a specialty in social anxiety and shyness. Dr. Dodrill previously acted as a staff psychologist at the Michael E. Debakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston. Dr. Dodrill graduated from Trinity University in 1992 and completed her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Houston in 2003. Her clinical internship year at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001-2002 focused on inpatient treatment of Serious Mental Illness and outpatient Cognitive-Behavioral treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. She was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas Houston Health Sciences Center in the Department of Family Medicine from 2004-2006. The Fellowship focused on manualized, evidence-based treatment of substance use disorders and health behavior problems. Dr. Dodrill continued this work as a Research Assistant Professor until 2009 when she joined the Debakey Veteran Affairs Medical Center. While at Debakey, she worked in various programs including Behavioral Health/Primary Care Mental Health Integration, General Mental Health, and as an Implementation Research Coordinator for the Substance Use Disorders Quality Enhancement Research Initiative, and in Compensation and Pension.

As part of his doctoral research, Lee F. Koch will present a poster on changes in response behavior at the University of Education Schwaebisch Gmeund, Germany, on June 28, 2018. His presentation is titled "Use of the Delphi-Technique for Research in Healthcare and the Social Sciences."

Amy Smolen was recently named the process automation project execution expertise area leader within the TES Core Engineering Technology Center. She lives in Lake Jackson, Texas, with her husband, Ed. They have two sons, Zachary, who is studying civil engineering at UT Tyler, and David, who is a junior at Brazoswood High School. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and reading.

Dayna Culwell married Bill Culwell in 2016. As a Certified Yoga Therapist, Dayna helps men and women with postural distortions get relief from scoliosis and other back pain.

Margaret (McAndrew) McNeal

Margaret McNeal has been working as teacher for Cy-Fair ISD for the past seventeen years. Her son Andrew works as an environmental scientist for ERM out of Austin. Her daughter, Lauren, teaches with her in CyFair. Margaret and her husband Tom McNeal reside in Houston, TX.

In July, Nancy completed the 2018 Win for KC women's triathlon after celebrating 34 years of marriage to her husband Norm Rasmussen '83. Currently, Nancy works part time for their company Technologystics, Inc. and is a retired homeschool teacher. Nancy has also started her own business, Rasmussen Doodle Ranch. Linda Phillips retired as Director of Materials Management of Tulsa Public Schools.

Lee Blaine is the 2014 recipient of the Directors Guild of America's Frank Capra Award and is the current member of the DGA's board of directors. Lee works globally as the First Assistant Director on national television commercials and TV shows.

Kelly Raaum is the Director of Family Ministries at Grace Presbyterian Church in Plano, TX. Kelly oversees both the Youth and Children's Ministry programs and staff. This programs covers nursery through college students and partners with parents as they shepherd their families in faith.

Michael L. Mullins

Michael L. Mullins, senior vice president with Ascension Healthcare, has been named ministry market executive for St. John Health System based in Tulsa. Mullins will serve as chief executive for all of St. John’s sites, which include seven hospitals and more than 90 health care clinics and medical facilities in eastern Oklahoma and southeastern Kansas. Ascension is the largest nonprofit health system in the U.S. and the world’s largest Catholic health system. Mullins was named interim CEO for St. John Health System in September 2017. Since July 2016, he also served as president and CEO of Wichita-based Ascension Via Christi, the largest provider of health care services in Kansas. Under a new Ascension structure, Mullins will lead both the Kansas and Oklahoma markets. Mullins formerly served as the chief operating office for Ascension’s St. Vincent in Indiana. Mullins has more than 30 years of hospital leadership experience, including Quorum Health, where prior to joining Ascension he was regional vice president. Mullins is a retired captain of the Medical Service Corps, U.S. Naval Reserves. Mullins has a master’s degree in health care administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Texas at El Paso. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Twenty-five Trinity alumni and family spanning the Classes of 1984-87 gathered for the third semi-regular reunion of the Sarcastron Intramural Softball Team. The squad gathered for food, drink and a completely-legit blackjack tournament at the wonderfully weird Historic Anchor Inn in Lincoln City, Oregon July 5-9. Enjoying the very non-Texas-like weather (highs in the 60s, lows in the 50s), alumni traveled from as far away as Washington, D.C. for the event. Rhea Morales has been teaching in Cochise County for sixteen years. Morales is also a charter member of the Sierra Vista Community Band, where she has played piccolo and flute for the past nine concert seasons.
