Career Services at Trinity facilitates relationships for Trinity students and graduates with prospective employers, graduate school recruiters, and fellow alumni. The Career Services Offices fosters career advancement and contributes to the growth and success of Trinity graduates.
Career Services at Trinity is a comprehensive and centralized service that works with both students (from first-years to seniors) and alumni. Our office specializes in assisting students and alumni to evaluate their interests and skills, to set goals, and to research majors and occupations in light of interests, skills, and goals. Career Services is not a "placement office", but rather is part of the overall educational program at Trinity. Helping students and graduates to develop lifelong career-planning skills that they will utilize long after they leave the campus.
As part of the educational program, Career Services offers a variety of services and workshops, including Hire-A-Tiger, our online recruitment system. We offer services that assist students who are going on to pursue graduate study and help students to evaluate goals related to post-graduate study. The staff of Career Services also works closely with employers and recruiters to develop recruiting relationships and assist students to have access to jobs, internships, and employer information targeted specifically to Trinity students and graduates. Career Services also works closely with the Alumni Career Network. A group of over 500 Trinity Alumni who have volunteered to assist students and other Trinity graduates to access networks that can assist them to move forward with their career plans.
