Trinity Reclaims Number One Spot in the West
U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Colleges" Guide also names Trinity No.1 in providing the best value to students

In the recently released 2020 “America’s Best Colleges” rankings by U.S. News & World Report (USNWR), Trinity University was named No.1 in the category of institutions that offer a full range of undergraduate programs as well as select master's programs in the Western part of the United States. The annual college rankings also recognized Trinity's strong commitment to undergraduate teaching in the same category and region. 

Trinity was in good company with fellow No.1-ranked institutions in other regions: Providence College (RI) in the North, Rollins College (FL) in the South, and Butler University (IN) in the Midwest.

The USNWR also gave Trinity high marks in the following areas:

  • No. 1 in best value
  • No. 4 in undergraduate teaching
  • No. 12 for most innovative
  • No. 38 for undergraduate engineering program
