What are your favorite Trinity memories?

Some of my favorite memories of my time at Trinity involved my roommates, suitemates and hallmates. I can't believe I was so lucky to have such amazing women in my life at such a formative time. Probably the boldest memory, for me, was standing on the balcony of Isabel Dorm in our Freshman year, listening to and watching the men pour into the swimming pool area to cool off when AC in their dorms went out. Then, hearing our dorm mother shout, “get in your rooms and lock your doors!’ as the men began to swarm the women's dorms with the cry of “Panties! Panties!” We could hear them running up and down the hall. I believe Susan Thrower had the best scream in those days! I think the mischief led to one or two expulsions but I wonder if any other memory can top that night of excitement!

What are you excited for at Alumni Weekend?

It will be fine to reacquaint myself with some of the folks I haven't seen in some years. Our 45th reunion was quite small so hopefully more classmates will come to San Antonio this time!
