• I'm an Assistant Professor at Trinity University, working at the intersection of AI in Education (AIED), Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), and Large Language Models (LLMs). I'm exploring how AI can be used to assist teachers and students through their educational journey. Promoting the joy of learning while easing the workload of teachers and gamifying the learning processing.

I'm currently focusing on the development of a next-gen e-learning platform named RedForest that combines AI, gamification, online collaboration, and domain-specific activities to enhance the learning experience while providing a rich AI-assisted lesson planner to ease the burden of teachers.

In my prior work, I developed WebEyeTrack, a head‑pose‑aware, deep‑learning gaze estimation framework for the browser, and collaborated widely across cognitive science, learning analytics, and computer vision. I have used LLMs, traditional ML, and other DL methods to analyze learning in different domain including: literacy, nursing, CS education, embodied learning, and physics.
